For me I am doing a streak sorta challenge. Where I have to:
Exercise 6 out of 7 days a week in the morning
Eat within my calorie range
Not spend any money unless necessary excludin the cruise.

You can do anything you put your mind to!

This month my hubby and I have vowed to not eat out at all, which for us is VERY hard. I am going to work out five days a week and hope to loose 8 lbs.

I want to kick off this new year really striving hard to make a better me.
