My goal is to get 45 minuts of cardiovascular exercise a week . 3 days I do 45 minutes of low impact aeoribics and 3 days I walk 3 miles in 45 minutes. It feels great. and I have lost 15 lbs. this year. But my weight has not chaged since 2/11 so I am using nutrition tracker. Hope this helps or encourages others. I am at 200 lbs . I top out at 242. and I have not been below 200 since 1993. wish me luck, I really want to break this barrier.
