Thanks Julie....I think I am going to be OK. Hopefully tomorrow I will be back to where I was the other day. I have a goal to get to 190 by the 15th....I AM GOING TO MAKE IT!!!!!!!!

Oh, Linda, it really is going to be ok!!! Are you taking cold medicine at all? My mother can't take it because she has high blood pressure and there's something in it that acts like sodium. Heck, maybe it IS sodium! LOL I really don't know. I think you've got some great self-talk going. Ignore the scale for a little while and just keep on going!

Wonder why we can't get that Minute Maid Lemon Juice here in Canada...we have Minute Maid Lemonade, but not the lemon juice.

OMG I can't stop laughing and at my own expense too lol. And just so you know, because you brought the subject up....but I did too poo this morning.
Then because I didn't have any fruit in my house today, I bought some prunes at work and it said a serving was 5 so I had 10 (2 servings of fruit) well had to really hurry home tonight before something happened lol.

Maybe I lost that 1.2 lbs already lol

OMG Linda - a whole 1.2 lbs??!!! Say it isn't so!!! emoticon

Geesh - I gained 2 lbs overnight (I told you that I didn't like to weigh myself everyday!)

Nobody messes with Linda.....not even Linda!!! Honey you have done WUNNERFUL and you are my shero!! SOOOOOO I command that you let that go and be easy on yourself. xoxo

Now on the real tip. I think you are on to something with the calories. My BL challenge this week was to log my food for 5 days this week. UGHHH I hate tracking!!! Well I think I made 1000 calories yesterday yes 1050 to be exact. After logging in today's menu I was not going to make 1000. SOOOOOO knowing that I need 1200 min I added a boiled egg to my lunch and will probably have some more protein for dinner. That will put me where I need to be. The funny thing was I was not hungry at all yesterday! And according to SP I got everything in the correct range except for the fiber.

OK SHERO chin up and keep it moving. You are truly a light on this team

ah honey - don't beat yourself up...

You are right - this is a learning experience. We know the struggles and we know what works - it's finding the balance between the two to take us to continued success.

I'm going to say the cold is playing a huge part in your weight gain and your feeling down. I believe you are absolutely right - once you cycle back to 2, you will rediscover the balance and be able to move forward again to success.

Remember, it wasn't that long ago you were fighting to drop below 200 and look where you are today!

You CAN do it!! I believe in you! WE BELIEVE IN YOU!

I feel like I am letting you all down here. I don't really know what has happened, but I am up 1,2 lbs today.
I am putting it down to my cold and the weather.
I am telling you honestly from the bottom of my heart, that I have not cheated one little bit this week. Actually, I am not even getting in 1000 cals a day and this may be another reason.
I have run out of staples in my house and have to wait until tomorrow before I get shopping, but as I said, I have not cheated. I have been eating what salad I have left and it is just greens. I ate frozen green beans last night because that was all that was in my freezer. I have lots of protein, so I am not skimping there and I am still drinking all my water. I did however have 2 cups of coffee yesterday morning, but I do that now and then and it doesn't affect my weight loss. I have a bad cold, so maybe that is why.
I really have no idea. Maybe it is the carbs I am having. They haven't affected me before, but maybe they are now. Maybe it is that skinny cow at night, but I am allowed that. I DON'T KNOW! But I do know one thing. I am NOT going to let this affect how I feel about this diet. I go back to C2 on Tuesday and I know that it will come off then. The next time on C3, maybe I will just have to watch what I am using as Carbs. It is a learning process and after 99 days, I am still learning. That is a good thing.
I just wanted you all to know what happened.
