Thanks guys!
Pizza was eaten, cake and ice cream are being consumed (I am avoiding it in the living room for a moment lol). I did good. I must admit, it was a bit overwhelming when I opened the pizza box for the kids, but I kept thinking of that 99% vs. 100% compliance (and all the other fatloser videos) thing.

I suppose I was 99.9999% compliant... There was a little itty bitty smidge of frosting on my finger from cutting the cake, and I licked it off! :P

We're off to go bowling now. That's a small workout :)

You're doing great Julie! It's wonderful that you planned your meals around such a tempting event.

to my daughter who turns 9 today. There will be cake and pizza and ice cream for the kids. I, on the other hand, have just eaten a sliced up chicken breast with broccoli and carrots with a drizzle of lt itallian dressing and a sprinkle of lf parm cheese. It was really good and satisfying, and ought to help keep me away from diving into the pizza at 6 (and cake, and ice cream).

I am determined to not slip this time like I did for 4th of July.

So happy birthday to my baby girl, I hope she enjoys it immensely!
