Sunday 6/20 Very slow progress, but it is progress.

1. Lose 6 pounds in June.--------------------------2.8 pounds
Almost 2 pounds as of 6/18
I lost another whopping whole 8 ounces.

2. Lose inches off my body.
1/4 " of my wrist-----------------------.5" off my right wrist--0 off my left wrist
1/2 of my waist--------------------------1.5" off my waist
1/4 of my thigh------------------------1.5 off my thigh----------------1.5" of my hips

3. Physical therapy.
I will start PT on 6/21. I already had my evaluation appointment.

Today is the last day of physical therapy. I am going to see if I can get 4 more sessions.

4. Star Hill 2x a week to use the track and machines.
I found out that my insurance no longer does Silver Sneakers.
I have an appointment for Wed. with my case manager to discuss options for insurance.
I will change my insurance plan to include Silver Sneakers which will take effect 8/1

5. YMCA pool 2x a week.
I don't have Silver Sneakers right now. 1 land PT and 1 pool PT for 2 weeks.

6. Save $1.00 a day.
I put $31.00 in my savings account on 6/1

To lose 24 lbs by the end of august.
drink water as my main liquids
strength train 3x a week
get some sun everyday
write in my journal

Just a daily reminder: smile and laugh...a lot, look for positive traits in people, compliment yourself and others, focus on feeling good, reach out to people in need and focus on the present and the 24 hours in front of you.

Wow, I can't believe 1/2 the year is gone already. What are your goals for the month of June. The can be health related or personal.

1. Lose 6 pounds in June.

2. Lose inches off my body.
1/4 inch on my wrist

3. Physical therapy.
Our local YMCA was closed last week. I will call tomorrow.

4. Star Hill 2x a week to use the track and machines.

5. YMCA pool 2x a week.

6. Save $1.00 a day.
Put $31.00 in my saving accounts the 1st of the moth.

1. Meditate at least twice a week.
2. Dance with my future-wife (fiance) at least once (hurt foot, so I'm keeping expectations low).
3. Actually talk to someone about the sleep apnea tests.
4. Buy some lunch boxes for future wife.
5. Prep at least 6 meals for future wife's freezer.
6. Find a workout that I will consistently do.

"I will not feel deprived when I bypass junk food. I will feel empowered because I made the right choice."

Remember, we do this to wake up excited, and fall asleep satisfied.

Sleep Long, Get Strong, and Keep On Keepin' On!

The reason I do all this is because I want to make the world a brighter and more enjoyable place. I deserve that and the world deserves that.

1. Continue to pay debt down
2. walk two miles a day
3. stationary bike daily 5 minutes
4. work on art journals
5.get medical tests that are needed
6. spend time God and prayer
