I did exercise daily for the past 11 days.
today, I went bowling and did some stationary biking a total of 35 minutes today

A long work day ahead into evening, but got in a brief strength workout at lunch. Getting in a workout energizes to help me make it thru my longer work days.





I know it didn't gain weight overnight so i can't expect to loose it overnight. Slow and steady wins for me. emoticon
