Little by little, I have been able to keep things going with the challenge. The short videos are easy to fit into my existing exercise routine. It is interesting to try some of these different kinds of exercises each day.

I am doing really good! I can tell that I am getting stronger and my clothes fit better. I really like the 10 minute videos. They are easy to squeeze into my day. I have been mixing up my cardio between walking, running and rollerblading. It seems to be working out well. I'm looking forward to another great week!!

Today's (week 2/day 3) bonus video was:

It was a great follow-up to the day 3 video - and a wonderful way to burn almost 100 calories!

Doinitright2012 - I have the same late night snacking habit so I have tried to alter my calorie intake to accomodate it. I use to be a smoker and one of the ways to keep from going outside and smoking was everytime I would want to smoke I would force myself to clean until the craving was over. Maybe you should do the same. Everytime you want to splurge force yourself to do something you do not like so that eventually you will stop craving. Just a thought!

Today is day 9 and I did two video's this morning so now I have done 4 in two days. Last night because I did not eat as healthy as I wanted I forced myself to do another 25 minutes on the eliptical so I worked out for over 90 minutes yesterday. ha ha However this morning after doing 2 video's I remembered it was pastries for parents at school. So I did not get my cardio in this morning so I will do it tonight. I had a 1/2 a blueberry muffin then I went to look at the box and for 1/2 of blueberry muffin was was 265 calories. I guess I did not go over for my breakfast alotment but was floored it was so much for a 1/2 a muffin.

I'm doing terribly! Awful! I just can't get myself to follow my meal plan and that is where I fall apart every time. I love the exercise and am above the videos, so I just do my normal routine. I'm stronger than I was 2 weeks ago, but my weight isn't moving because I'm constantly snacking. What's with that? I don't even LIKE the foods I'm putting into my mouth then they make me feel absolutely awful afterwards, both physically and mentally. What is with me? HELP!!!!

Yesterday was Day 8. I had alot of difficulty forcing myself to go work out since I was still from Day 7. But I finally motivated.
This is my busy week so it's very difficult to fit it all in.
I will manage somehow!

Completed Day 3 video - 7-minute arm shaper with dumbbells. As this is a "light" session, I added the first of my two "bonus" workouts - the Bootcamp 10-minute cardio kick workout. Actually enjoyed this!

Later on, walked the dog over my short, easy walk for 27 minutes with DH.

Because I have been having so many muscles aches and pains I wanted to chose a video that was gentle and I ended picking the Qi-Gong.

Wow! It ends up being a real work-out for the thighs and shoulders but all done so calmly and gently that you end up feeling relaxed. It turned out to be a good one for a kind of "step down" that still used muscle.

Can't believe I've made it to week two! What an awesome feeling. I agree with the statement of being out of shape. Those videos are really kicking my butt, and I have to modify a lot as well. Keeping my eyes on the prize, though - getting to do the harder moves Coach Nicole refers to, and rock them!

I'm doing pretty well energy wise, in the morning and throughout the day, although I went to bed very early last night because it all seemed to catch up with me. I plan to complete a half hour session on the stair stepper and a half hour session of walking/running intervals this evening. This may be a challenge if I'm feeling as fatigued as last night, but I plan to exercise, regardless!

emoticon Awesome Job Everyone! I can definitely feel the difference, though I'm not seeing it on the scale quite yet. I'm so happy with the results so far, I think I'll do a fitness challenge EVERY month. It really helps me stay consistent. My bonus video for week 2 will be the 16 minute Bollywood cardio workout. Anybody else sleeping better with this challenge?
