Hey Friends -- if it isn't swimsuit season where you live, it will be eventually! This mini-challenge is to motivate us all to get ready! The challenge will run from tomorrow, April 25 until Saturday, April 28.

Wednesday - If you haven't already done so, take and record your measurements. Access this tracker through your start page (under "Weight Tracker and Measurements" button. Commit to measuring weekly or monthly. Take 5 minutes to record this commitment on your personal calendar/diary.

Thursday - Decide which areas you would like to tone. Look under the "Fitness" tab. Use either the workout generator or exercise demos to choose ways to work toward your goal. Will these exercises be in addition to or in replacement for something in your current routine? Make and record a commitment in your calendar!

Friday - Calories in, calories out. Use the nutrition tracker to set your daily calorie goals and use the fitness tracker to set goals for burning some calories through exercise.

Saturday - Here's the true challenge. Try on any swimsuits/swimming costumes you currently own. Throw out or donate any that are TOO LARGE. If you have any that are too small, you may want to hang on to those! If you have a suit that fits, decide if you will wear it for now or if you will shop for a new one. If you don't have a suit that fits, go shopping. Don't wait to lose 5 more pounds; do it now while there is good selection. If you shrink your body out of your suit you will have even more fun shopping next time!

If this part of the challenge is too hard for you, consider what might help. What if you take a good friend to support you? Perhaps you can pre-shop online to get an idea of what you are looking for and which stores might have styles and sizes you are looking for. Take time out to notice how hard you are being on yourself and just remember, no one actually CARES what you look like at the pool or beach -- they are too busy worrying how THEY look! Have fun and go for it!
