May"daze" challenge 2021 emoticon

Total Points 1,900

Total points: this month? Do you want to tone up? Drop weight? Stay motivated?? Or maybe all of these! That would be ME!
On May 1st take a picture of you in your bathing suit...yup...I said bathing suit! Earn 100 points! Put it on your fridge or someplace you will see it every day. Earn another 50 points! Seeing us in our suits will hopefully keep us motivated for the month! emoticon Iím going to put it on my iPad as the locked screen image!
We will redo the picture taking on May 15 and May 31 st....so we can see our changes and stay inspired. Points for each step will stay as above states. Yay!

31 Daze of May....10 points for each unless otherwise noted.
Cardio daily
Strength daily...alternate those muscle groups
Push ups. Any and all variety...do 10 earn 4 pts no limit
Pull ups. Assisted or not...you go!! Do 10 earn 10
Planks. Any and all variety. Do 1 earn 10
Wacky jacks...YouTube these
Squats
Dumbbell curl to overhead press...seated or not
Crunches
Tricep kickbacks...seated or not
Wear your pedometer 10 points per each mile!
Eat breakfast
Take your multi vitamin
Drink 64 oz + of water
Comment on others blog...no limit
Post a positive note on another's page...no limit
Smile and skip
Hula hoop
Take a 5 minute break for you

Once again change up your page for May and earn 50 points. Change your profile picture daily for an easy 5 pts
