Weight 258.6 I actually lost a pound. Go figure. I stop the challane mid week and still lost. hmmm

Water 8 glasses.
Food within range so far but not thinking it will be by the time the night is over. But I did log my foods.

Ok two week challange. I made it easy for all of us to keep up with.

Everyday you need to post calorie range and where your at in that range. This means you need to log your foods to keep track.

You also need to drink your water everyday. At least your 8 glasses.

You must increase your intake of exercise from whatever it is now. Some of us this will not be hard to do..lol. Try to do this at least 2-3 times this week. Post when and what you did on the days you did it.

Ok the days where you have to do something in addition are...

Monday~post your weight.

***Change in point system***
One point for posting. One point for water drank. One point for exercise. One point for staying within range. A point for each pound you lost on Monday.

**You must post by the end of that day to recieve your points. No points will be awarded if you posted late. No exceptions!! I am working about 56-60 hours this week and this helps me keep better track of points. Thank you for understanding.**

Water is the only thing good for yesterday and today. Not good in food and cals but not as bad as I was a year ago... so there is progress and I choose to look at it that way.

Sorry I missed posting last night. Ran away from home for a while and felt like I was just saying the same old thing, good on water, good on exercise and bad on food.
But Angel you are right, I am exercising which I had not been doing so that is good. Now if I could get the calories under control, I could probably even loose weight. Although considering the time of year and all that is going on, keeping even may be a lot in its self.
Anyway, I'm staying for the next week also Angel.

Ok working 60 hours a week is really hurtin my weight loss plan. It so hard to eat a salad driving down the road between jobs...so over calories. It will get better..it has too.

Water 8 glasses. Did get some fruits and veggies in today which is good.

OK. Food, water, and exercise all good today. I did 20 min of yoga then worked in the garden all day. Looked on SP cardio....gardening is good for me! lol

Ok darn scale moved up again. 259.8 is my weight. UGH!!
Drank my water. YEA!! But over my calorie range. ABout 250 calories over. I shouldn't have relaxed yesterday but cooked for the week like I said I was going too. Working the way I do it's too hard not to eat out.

And also remember that whatever satisfaction your going to get from the yummy food you get in the first two bites. After that your just eating to eat. So I encourage you to only get a few bites of all your favorite dishes and start there. If you have to go and get more than you do but try this first. You may be surprised that you no longer want more since usually there is so much to choose from you will be full. Try to fill up on veggies and turkey. DO not eat alot of ham for this has alot of salt and will swell you up. Try to squeeze some extra water in this day to help you out for the salt will probbaly be high in most foods if your not the one preparing them.
After you eat do not get sedatary. MOVE!!!! Go for a walk or something.
Try to avoid rolls and baked goods if possible.

Ok thats about it for this week. I will either transfer it to the second week or add some new stuff. We can do this. I bet we can all lose at least 1 lb even with the holiday!!
