Right now I'm reading "Forever Black" by H.N. Sieverding. So far I'm enjoying the book even though it took a huge turn and I have a love/hate feeling towards one of the main characters lol.

Blue Salvation by Benjamin Tyler Smith. I'm taking a break from editing it to type this. It will be released early next year. As for pleasure reading, I just finished one book and am getting ready to pick something new. Not sure what I want to read yet.

Today is a good day to be great!

I'll start Sex Wars by Marge Piercy soon. I completed The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett in August and am still feeling the joy from reading a very well-written and researched book. Probably the best I read this century. But friends told me Sex Wars is a page turner too so I'll begin it this weekend.

Grisham's The Runaway Jury. I'm 99% sure I've read it before (likely in a condensed book), but I decided to read his entire series, so I'm reading it again.

I'm almost done with his series... so then it will be on to... ? Not sure yet. My favorite authors can never write fast enough to keep me entertained, so I'm always on the lookout for new favorites!

TOO many books to read!! Right now, "All Pets Go to Heaven" by Sylvia Browne, "The Crone" by Barbara G. Walker, "Hekate Liminal Rites" by Sorita d'Este and David Rankine, "The Reluctant Messiah" by Richard Bach, "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne, and "Wildfire" by Sonia Johnson. Then Came You by Jennifer Weiner

An unexpected love story…

Jules Strauss is a Princeton senior with a full scholarship, acquaintances instead of friends, and a family she’s ashamed to invite to Parents’ Weekend. With the income she’ll receive from donating her “pedigree” eggs, she believes she can save her father from addiction.

Annie Barrow married her high school sweetheart and became the mother to two boys. After years of staying at home and struggling to support four people on her husband’s salary, she thinks she’s found a way to recover a sense of purpose and bring in some extra cash.

India Bishop, thirty-eight (really forty-three), has changed everything about herself: her name, her face, her past. In New York City, she falls for a wealthy older man, Marcus Croft, and decides a baby will ensure a happy ending. When her attempts at pregnancy fail, she turns to technology, and Annie and Jules, to help make her dreams come true.

But each of their plans is thrown into disarray when Marcus’ daughter Bettina, intent on protecting her father, becomes convinced that his new wife is not what she seems…

With startling tenderness and laugh-out-loud humor, Jennifer Weiner once again takes readers into the heart of women’s lives in an unforgettable, timely tale that interweaves themes of class and entitlement, surrogacy and donorship, the rights of a parent and the measure of motherhood.
