on track for cals and carbs. did not exercise as it was too cold to go out although I could have used our treadmill. I need hubby to clear out the areae where treadmill is.

I AGREE WITH YOU LYNN. I THINK MY PROBLEM IS I WORKED PERMANENT NIGHTS SO I WAS SLEEPING DURING THE DAY, GOT THE KIDS FROM SCHOOL MADE SUPPER THEN HEADED BACK TO BED FOR A FEW HOURS THE BACK TO WORK. NO CONDUCIVE TO MEETING PEOPLE. I WAS THEN SO SICK FOR YEARS AND UNABLE TO GET OUT AND NOW NO DESIRE TO GET OUT. GUESS TO USED TO BEING HOMEBOUND. HAVE TRIED DOING DIFFERENT THINGS BUT DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE LEAVING LEN ALONE FOR A LONG TIME UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY FOR APPOINTMENTS BUT CERTAINLY NOT FOR MY PLEASURE.

WELL BETTER GET THE REST OF SUPPER READY. TAKE CARE.

Hi Team,
I went off the low carb yesterday because we went out for Mexican food for dinner. But heck, after 10 days of being good one day out won't kill the plan. I also exercised a bit yesterday, by doing some pruning. We still have some burnt bushes around here and I got Nick to cut one down for me, then I cut it to bits to fit in the yard waste can.

Sherry.. yes, I love chips too, the salt and the crunch, ymm. I had a great day yesterday but today my sun is missing again. . .bummer.

Willow. . .Way to go on the sorting and organizing, and it is a workout too!

Oma. . . I'm like you, I know of a few of the neighbors because we are in a cooperative water company, but other than that, nope. I think those people who go out and walk their dogs get to know the neighbors more.

HELLO EVERYONE. WENT FOR DIM SUM TODAY AND HAD A GOOD TIME. NO ONE WANTED TO SHARE MY TRIPE LOL. I LOVE IT. USUALLY SHARE IT WITH MY FRIEND FROM BC. BUT HE WASN'T THERE. WE WENT TO CELEBRATE MY BABY'S 43 BIRTHDAY. MY OTHER KIDS ARE 48, 46 AND 45.

SHERRE I AGREE GOING TO SEE MY SISTER WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN GOOD AS LEN COULDN'T HAVE DEALT WITH THE STRESS. SHE HAS LOTS OF FRIENDS THERE AS HAS LIVED IN THAT HOUSE FOR OVER 10YEARS AND KNOWS EVERYONE. I ON THE OTHER HAND HAVE LIVED ON MY STREET SINCE 79 AND KNOW 2 PEOPLE.

LYNN GLAD YOU ARE DOING SO WELL. I WOULDN'T DO WELL ON LOW CARBS AS THAT IS MY DOWNFALL.

WILLOW ANY EXERCISE COUNTS AND CLEANING OUT CLOSETS USES A LOT OF DIFFERENT MUSCLES SO GOOD JOB.

I'm still tracking every bite, but not exercising. Today I wll be a bit higher on the carbs, about 80 instead of the 40 I was yesterday. . .I just gave myself a vacation from strict low carb.

YESTERDAY WAS A BAD DAY. MY SISTER'S HUSBAND PASSED AWAY. SHE IS AN ABSOLUTE BASKET CASE. I WAS GOING TO FLY OUT BUT BECAUSE MY HUSBANDS HEALTH ISN'T GREAT SHE DOEN'T WANT ME TO. MY HUSBAND HAS A LOT OF THE SAME ISSUES HERS HAD BUT IT HAS BEEN GOING ON MUCH LONGER. THERE WILL NOT BE A FUNERAL AND I SPOKE WITH ONE OF HER FRIENDS WHO WILL CALL ME IF SHE FEELS I NEED TO GO OUT THERE, THE PUP WAS VOMITING ALL DAY SO ENDED UP TAKING HER TO THE VET AND SHE HAS GASTROENTERITIS. HOPEFULLY THAT IS ALL. SHE HAS BEEN GETTING INTO MY GARDEN AND CHEWING ON MY BUSHES AND PLASTIC FLOUR POTS AND THEOTHER DAY WAS CHEWING ON A SHINGLE THAT HAD FALLEN IN THERE WHEN THEY REPLACED THE ROOF. THE XRAY SHOWED NO FOREIGN BODIES BUT IF IT IS PLASTIC THAT WON'T SHOW. HOPEFULLY THE MEDICATION WILL WORK AND SHE WILL GET BETTER OTHERWISE WE WILL HAVE TO TAKE HER BACK FOR AN ULTRASOUND. WE USUALLY EAT AT 5 AND DIDN'T GET TO EAT UNTIL 730.

HOPEFULLY TODAY WILL BE BETTER. TAKE CARE EVERYONE

We are back home after my mother's 90th birthday celebrations. I didn't watch my eating or record food, although I did make some healthy choices.
I've just made a pinterest board with some low carb recipes that sounded good, made a menu for the next four days, and written a grocery list of what we need, so I have good intentions for next week!

I MADE CHICKEN AND PASTA FOR SUPPER....... THE ONLY TREATS I'VE BEEN EATING IS CHIPS.... I HAVE A BAD CHRAVING FOR THEM RIGHT NOW FOR SOME REASON.... I HAVE TO STOP...... IT'S COLD HERE AGAIN....... DOGS ARE BARKING OUTSIDE SO I BETTER LET THEM IN.......... TAKE CARE EVERYONE....... I'VE BEEN HAVING SOME COMPUTER PROBLEMS......... SO I WILL KEEP TRYING TO COME IN EVERY DAY........

HAVING ANOTHER GOOD DAY. MADE A LIME JELLIED SALAD WITH COTTAGE CHEESE & PINEAPPLE. ALSO DID SOME PICKLED EGGS. DID 2 LOADS OF LAUNDRY SO THAT IS ALL CAUGHT UP AND A BIT OF EXERCISE JUST MOVING AROUND.

EVENING. AN ABSOLUTELY WILD DAY AND ONLY 3 HOURS SLEEP SO WILL TRY TO GET TO BED EARLY AS HAVE TO BE UP AT 6 EVERYDAY THIS WEEK. DID GOOD AVOIDING JUNK FOOD.
