I tried it, but added cabbage to the veggie mix. Incredible. Thank you for the recipe! William loved it just as much as I did!!

You're welcome. It's one of my favorites. Just remember to use lots of spices so your juice is flavorful.

We have a dish that we make with chicken, red and green peppers, onions, and couscous.

We cut a boneless skinless breast into bite sized chunks and fry it. I season it with chicken Montreal seasoning and garlic powder (I use a lot of both). I add water while it's cooking and keep letting it cook down so the pan gets a coating you can scrap while cooking. The last time adding extra water so you have a dark brothy juice. In another pan I dice up the onions and peppers and fry them up. Couscous is prepared according to the box. I put the couscous in a bowl then pepper mixture and top with the chicken and spoon some of the broth over it all. Very yummy.

It's just too easy to choose a nice cheese to go with Chardonnay. Let's think beyond the cheese food group. What other foods have you found that pair well? Do you have a recipe you can share?

Be here now. Do what you can do now.
