I had a 1.5mile walk/run and came home and danced. Turned on some beyonce and started singing and dancing and had an awesome time burning some calories and enjoying a beautiful day. So far I've had 60minutes of cardio but I had so much fun that I think I might repeat the above plan after dinner.

I didn't plan it but due to such beautiful weather (62 degrees, sunshine) I walked 2.2 miles for 33 minutes which is a 15min/mile pace. My body was putting out some heat because it caused my shades to steam up that was covering my eyes...LOL!

20 min dave farmar yoga podcast, bootcamp videos (yesterday and today), will head to the gym this afternoon to walk for 60 minutes. Today is my rest day so no running or intense cardio.

This afternoon I did Jillian Michaels "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" workout!! emoticon ! emoticon

I did the 40 min workout--it was more like 55 but it was worth it! emoticon I burned 574 calories!!!
