Breakfast will be some whole grain chocolate pancakes DS has been wanting me to make, homemade unsweetened applesauce and a small glass of light vanilla almond milk.

ZIPITUP, it is good and easy :)

Tomorrow I am going to make some vegan banana pancakes. The sliced bananas and a little maple syrup go into the batter. It is a recipe I have not tried before, but it looks good. I will have some fresh pineapple on the side.

Hot Chocolate Oatmeal: rolled oats with unsweetened cocoa, vanilla, 1/2 banana, 1 T. vegan choc. chips, cinnamon & dash of cayenne pepper. Fresh strawberries on the side.

Banana Heaven (Banana sliced lengthwise, topped with plain non fat yogurt, drizzled with a little peanut butter that's been heated in the microwave to make it runny ~can stir in a little almond milk to make it runnier~ topped with a few chocolate chips.)
