I'm learning what I need to do when I start getting stiff and achey. Seems to work when I stretch hands over head and then kick my legs in front first and then into a smooth back kick after it. But very, very slowly. I know I'm getting better cuz I'm starting to "pop" all over the place in my back so that's a good thing whenever I move.

And funniest thing. This morning, God was really at work with me. No matter what I was doing, I was constantly having to bend down and bend forward to pick up clothes that fell to the floor or I dropped my walking stick and had to pick it up which then caused my phone to fall out of my pocket so I had to pick that up. God is having me do an awful lot of forward bends this morning. And it isn't as hard or painful as it once was. Guess He was telling me that things are definitely improving. He is such a Good God! :)

I love this challenge and this workout. I'm going to try to do it today before the day ends if my body holds up and will report in to you all.

I'm feeling really good today. I think going and working out with personal trainer every other day is helping build up my strength and it seems to be taking the aches, pains and kinks away as well. I'm loving what I'm feeling. Today was really good and I actually vaccuumed the entire upper level of my house for the first time in over six months with NO PAIN, just a little bit of a tightness started up at the end so I laid down for a while and I seem to be better. So, I'm going to try this challenge and I'll also try to do my yoga tonight as well. I can't help but believe it's going to help to strengthen me even more, so wish me luck!

I know I've been amiss in getting these challenges out to you but I'm righting my wrong right now. This is the challenge I wanted to get out to you for some time now but due to my own limitations as of late I haven't gotten it out there.

So here is the link to a 10 Minute Beginners Aerobic Dance Routine that I found years ago and love doing. It'll get your blood pumping and it's an enjoyable 10 minutes you can take out of your daily routine. You'll come away from it (over time) really feeling great and knowing that your blood is flowing much better than it has in the past. You'll be less tired and fatigued and your blood will thank you for taking care of it.
