I've been doing this every day and it really helps me with my needed recovery plus it's strengthening my legs in particular and it's also helping with my posture. I can't believe how bad my posture has gotten.

I actually did this one Saturday and Sunday. It's very similar to what I developed myself over the last 8 months. Doing this each and every day helps strengthen my legs in the areas where it's needed and I'm sure it'll do the same for you. So let's all give this one a whirl. I'll wait to see your progress here as I will also be inputting my progress here for all to see.

Well, I didn't get this out there for you yesterday. Day got away from me but I've got it all ready to go today. So we're going to work on relaxing our hip areas so that we can have better flexibility in these areas and also making them stronger and stronger as we do this routine each and every day. Don't forget to report in your progress every day. I'll be looking for it.
