Hey girls! I can't believe how much I totally flaked on this challenge. Just being on spark lately has been a challenge unto itself. I'm working out the time issues I've been having though, so hopefully I can calm things down a little bit. I didn't make my goal, but at 196 I am pretty happy with what I've done so far. Only 4lbs from the goal I set for the challenge. I would LOVE to do another one, but I'm thinking maybe one season off and then I will come back again for the following one. I'm doing BLC and right now I feel like I can only keep up with one challenge! Whew! Keep doing great girls and I will see you around the DONE girls page!!!!!

Thanks, Stacy! I did all 3 levels, for 10 days each, as suggested. They each started out super tough but as the days went on and I got stronger, they got easier to do. There were two moves in level 3 that I just could not do so I substituted other exercises instead.

Hi Girls !! Sorry it totally slipped my mind to check in for the weigh in this past Saturday... I have been with my family a lot the past few days because my grandpa passed away. I am doing ok. I am just glad that my parents were already here visiting when we got the news....

I hope everyone is doing well on the challenge. I have been doing great !!! I have made all my goals that I had for this challenge and I am only 5 lbs away from my main goal. I am so proud of myself. It wasn't easy, I have had to work my butt off to get where I am at right now emoticon But it was all worth it...

I'm going to write a more detailed blog this evening but just wanted to share my results of the 30 Day Shred. I lost an overall amount of 10 inches!!!! I also lost 5 pounds! I had weighed and taken measurements mid-way thru the program and again this morning at the finish time. Most of the inches came off from the second 2 weeks of the program, and all of the pounds came off then as well.

Today I begin Ripped in 30 for my October workout plan. I hope to have just as amazing results with that as I did with 30DS for September.

Unfortunately I didn't make goal either. I'm down about 5 lbs total. My goal for October is to track my food and to stay on track with my exercising. I want to continue with beginning to jog and add in strength training. I hope to be 4 more lbs down by the end of the month.

Good morning,
I did not make my goal. In fact, I have gained. Now at 292. I need to adjust my ticker. I did not adjust it after what I determined was a scale-moved weigh loss. I did pretty good with my eating this weekend- no meals out, which was a big stumbling block for me. Small victories.

I didn't get to weigh in over the weekend due to a mix up with my flat-moving plans. BUT I am now in my new flat, I know exactly where I packed my scales and I will give results of my weigh-in tomorrow! Surely lugging all those bags/boxes across Glasgow must have busted some fat : p

I finished up the 30 Day Shred today!!! Yea, all 30 days done with no days off. I feel great! Can't wait to weigh & measure tomorrow for my final results. I'll blog about those. In the evening after my husband gets home from work I'll have him take some "after" shots. emoticon

Tomorrow I will begin Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30 program. I'll do that for the entire month of October. I can see great results in my muscles from the 30DS and can't wait to see what RI30 will do for me!

I didn't make my goal but the vein procedures are finished and I am hoping for more movement and much less pain in the future. I am just above the 200 mark and looking forward to being in Onderland during the next challenge! I CAN DO IT!

Sorry I haven't been here for a week. Had a health scare just when I was kick in' butt on the "100" Challenge! My blood pressure was extremely high and I was placed on medication that makes me feel awful. Did't reach goal, but thank God I didn't suffer a stroke!

Looking forward to next weigh in and next challenge. Done Girls Rock!


Plan:
Move my body (at least 15 mins per day, 6 days per week)
Eat G-BOMBS (greens, beans, onions, mushrooms, berries and seeds daily)
Drink my H2O (64 oz per day)

Well, you know what? I am not at my Heart goal but, I will TAKE it! I'm on the right track and that is all that matters. I'm going to stay focused and continue to do this FULL FORCE. I'm so excited.

It looks like I won't be able to make my ultimate goal but, you know what, I'm happy nonetheless. Why? Well, with this week's weight loss, I've lost about 95lbs altogether. 95 LBS!!! That is a lot. I'm almost under 200 and I've lost all that weight and that in and of itself is amazing for me. I'm very happy and proud of myself and that's really all that counts.

Next weekend is my birthday so, I will try to lose some weight this week. But, I make no guarantees. Honestly, my goal this week is not to gain anything so, if I just stay at around 202 for next weigh-in, I'll be ok with that.

Still feeling rough this morning, but dealing. My father-in-law and his wife came to town yesterday, so we've been spending time with them. They're sweet people, so it's been enjoyable.

I have no idea how long it has been sine I last posted. It has been insanely busy. Last Saturday evening we got word that one of my prior students died from a tragic fall and another student in my school (don't teach) was hit by a car. Needless to say I have not been doing good. I think I have gained a lot of weight this week from my food being off. I am looking forward to this next week to get back track.

After losing my beloved dog and getting a new puppy (in an effort to stop crying everyday) things have been difficult to say the least. I must admit I slacked a bit last week on the exercise.

Sorry I have been slacking on sparking, my laptop wanted to die for some reason so I had to wait to get a new one!

Weighed in today, weight is 222! thats a loss of 1.6lbs!
I'm pretty excited, I know that I've been losing slower than I would have liked but a loss is a loss, I just really would have liked to meet my christmas goal! Oh well, who knows, I could totally have a loss spurt!

As predicted, I didn't meet my goal for this challenge. I did lose another pound, though! This is exciting for me since I am now only 1 pound away from where I was last year at this time. I was injured in October, and it took me a long time to get back on track after recovery. I finally feel like I'm moving in the right direction again.

Hey girls. I'm so sorry I've been so absent here. I love this team, I've just not been doing well. I have anxiety and depression, and this week has been a bit more stressful than usual - my car breaking down, my cats got fleas, meetings, subbing, money money...Woke up Friday morning with anxiety attack, and this morning was worse. Woke up at 5:30 shaking and feeling horrible, so I went out to walk, fast. Not feeling better quite yet, but I'm hoping it won't be long. Taking some deep breaths.

Anyway, I hope you're all doing well. I notice every challenge I do people stop being active after awhile, and you always finish up with far less than when you started. It's a bummer, but true.

Good morning ladies!! Yeah, this challenge has gotten super quiet. I wonder why people aren't posting as much as they use to? I remember getting on here and there would be pages and pages of post and I would be like "Dang, I just posted 2 days ago where did all these post come from?" I certainly do miss seeing some of you ladies, and I hope everyone who hasn't been by is doing well.....

It is only suppose to get up to 69 degrees here today, but I am planning to throw on some jogging pants and get a jog in this morning. I did my weigh in yesterday morning and I am down 4lbs this week so yay me!! Hoping eveyone has a wonderful weekend. :0)

I decided to weigh today, just felt like it even though weigh in is tomorrow. I was hoping to see 1 pound lost, which would bring me to 75 pounds DONE! I got a very pleasant surprise to see that 2 pounds were lost and now I can say that I'm DONE with 76 pounds, woohoooo!! I made my 9/29 World Heart Day goal!

Hello everyone. Sorry I've been absent this week. Just another busy week. I've done well on exercising but not as well on eating. It was my daughter's b-day last Sunday so we've had b-day cake 1/2 the week and then it was a co-workers b-day and so I had cake at work also. Hopefully next week will be better in the eating dept. Hello Hotties!!
I say goodbye til Sunday next week. Maybe I can sneek in next wednesday, but don't count on it. I am leaving for Munich tomorrow til Wednesday, spending all Thursday 3 hours north in a city archive looking for my ancestors (I am doing genealogy) going even further north for the weekend to watch the last football match of the season and coming back home on Sunday.. and THEN I need a vacation... lol

I am going to pass on the mini challenge this time. I do 40 min of Turbo Sculpt emoticon and 30 incline push ups emoticon and a 7 min ab routine emoticon 3 days a week. And tomorrow I plan to do 40 min of Turbo Jam emoticon and the 7 min Ab routine, probably Belly dance when I get home tomorrow nite.

I will give the 68 minute workout a shot. I might not be able to move by Saturday, but I guess that's the price I'll have to pay to be a heartbreaker. emoticon

When does our new challenge start? I need to get MO-TI-VA-TED! I don't want to be overweight and walking across the stage to get my diploma.

That's right, HOTTIES... we are going to kick, jump, punch, and fight our way to our goals... and we are going to do that with this weeks "last chance workout" mini-challenge. We weigh in on Saturday! I want you to get this workout in at the VERY least once before then!!! At minimum, I want you to select 3 of the following videos. Most are 10 minutes and one is 18 minutes. The 18-minute one uses hand weights and includes strength training, the others are all jumping, kickboxing, and rockin'!

You are worth this FIGHT, this journey, this effort. Don't stop now!!!

If you want to impress me... you will do this WHOLE workout (68 minutes!). If you REALLY want to impress me, you will do it twice before your weigh in on Saturday. Thursday and Friday. It CAN be done!!! :)

I love you girls!!! I'm sorry I am so busy.. I will really catch up with you girls at least by Friday night. Well this week I managed to get in about half of the mini challenge. It's hard for me to work on strength challenges for this group because I'm already committed to doing a 45-min ST workout on Mondays and Wednesdays with a personal trainer. And sometimes what she has me do and what Nix has us do leaves me way too SORE to do all of it! So I figure I should make the paid ST be a priority. :D

I'm not sure if I'll be able to weigh in this week since I'm not sure I'll be near my scale on weigh-in day. Fairly sure I won't meet my goal, though. But I will still be working toward it!

Good morning ladies!! I am off from my internship today and thinking I will hop on my treadmill after I let my breakfast digest. Been working on letting go of a negative coping skill. Day 1 was done yesterday, on day 2 today. :0)

I will still support all of you with the challenge, but I will no longer be participating in the weigh ins. So much has changed/happened since starting this challenge that I can't maintain the weight loss that I commited to in the beginning. But I still want to support you ladies and be apart of the challenge. With all the changes in my life, I know that with the next challenge I will be successful and acheive ALL my goals.

Nix, when is the next challenge going to start and how long will it be?

Good Morning Ladies!!

Well, no cardio, Tai Chi or even my networking event for me yesterday. I had to work late and was really beat when I came home. I just did some laundry since the clothes had been piling up the last 2 weeks and called it a day. In the middle of the night I woke up with a stabbing pain in my shoulder. I tried to ignore it but had to take some painkillers to at least get a bit more sleep. The pain is still there, I can barely move my shoulder. And then I remembered that my Dad told me to go to the Doctor because of this.. I had the exact same thing while we were on vacation in Italy, just in my right arm. A stabbing pain coming out of nowhere, staying for a week and leaving from one day to the other. His concern was that I had rheumatism. Of course I did NOT go to see the doctor since the pain was gone.. surprise!!
I really should have learned in 39 years to listen to my Dad... lol
So unfortunately no step class for me today emoticon and that with my scale going up again these days

Hi! I just wanted to remind everyone to kick some bootie since weigh is is in a few days! We've got this, ladies!!! This challenge seems to have slowed down quite a bit. Don't quit now!

I just finished day 25 of the 30 Day Shred. This level kicks my butt big time. I can't even do 2 of the moves in their modified version. I keep going but have to substitute something else. Only 5more days left! October 1st I'll start Ripped in 30.

I am still working on the challenge. I can't do much at a time but have done 75 chair exercise crunches and added several upper body ST exercises for substitutes for those things I can't do. Last vein procedure is tomorrow so I may be gone for a couple of days. emoticon

Good Morning from across the pond hotties!!

It is raining and raining and raining.. I have Tai Chi class again tonight, I hope I can sneak in some cardio because I have one of my "Women Network" events at work. Sounds very interesting, and I can definetly use some floor gossip.. watching out for a new job and you know how it, the best jobs never reach the official ways ;)

Barbara ~ LOL I try to post mini-challenges on Thursdays now, but sometimes they are slightly late. We weigh in this Saturday, so... YAY!
Aww, I am your friend, sweetie.. that's my job. I know JUST what you mean about wanting to hold on to someone that accepts you as you are. My hubby has loved me for 15 years being how I was. Sometimes (for 10 seconds), I worry if he will think strange of me when I hit my goal. Then, I realize that there will be less to physically have to handle and more of me to actually "love" .. if you know what I mean.. *wink* hehe
You can do this. Just take some time to focus on you, get a handle on what's slowing your progress and get it. I have faith in you!!

I don't even know if I work today... lol. My boss didn't do the schedule until Sunday and I forgot to call. Ok, honestly, I didn't want to talk to them, so I truly kept forgetting to call until it was 2am.. OOPS!
