Posting this with high hopes and aspirations! Losing 2lbs a week(minus T.O.M weeks) will be my goal and will be not just a challenge, but a reachable one! This will see me below any weight that I have been in many, many years...so not a contest with you, myself or any one! Just a very reachable and attainable goal!

My weight spiked last week so I'm going to start like everyone else... as of this past Sunday.
At 2 lb per week, won't make it below 160, but I'll take whatever I can get at this point!

My first challenge! Aiming for 2 pounds a week (except when I'm on vacation -- not about to pass up the local cuisine in Italy!).

I am going to do this a little differently and celebrate every 2 pound loss whatever day I hit it.
I tend to lose in fits and spurts, but an overall 2 pounds per week is achievable if I stick to plan.

I'd love to join if I may!

A big part of me wants to put huge numbers and lose 20 or so pounds over summer, but I've not been able to get past 171.2 for 3 months now. The scale has gone up and down, but when down it just STAYS at 171.2. So if I can lose 10 pounds this summer I will be SO excited because it means I finally broke that number/mental block.

Really needing to get back on track! Ending weight for May was 185.8, would like to loose 2 lbs a week ... or between 20-30 lbs this summer! Of course, I'd be happy with any weight loss this time instead of weight gain!

I am most definitely in!! Will be a challenge at first because I will be traveling. My goals are 1) dedicated exercise of at least 30 minutes 4 days a week, 2) 20 pounds lost by August 3 when I return to work, and 3) stay positive!

I am hoping to have more success on this challenge then I did on the last one! Although I lost 2 pounds in the last seasonal challenge, 2 pounds over 3 months is just not good enough. Here's hoping to get more this time!!!

I would really like to lose somewhere between 20-30lbs over the summer. I really haven't been doing well lately!! I've been letting massive amounts of stress get to me, and I've unfortunately been turning to food!! I am determined to do well from now on!!

Sizzlin’ Summer Honeys Challenge
