30 minutes of cardio sounds right. i alternate between 20 minutes one day and 60 next next day, so I would balance out.

You could put 30 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of weights. I think lots of the weight videos are 10-15 min. long. Hope you're doing well with your nutrition and exercise. emoticon

I want to create a fitness minutes goal for the month, but don't know how many minutes I should put in as a goal. I'm not that good at math, and I'm not sure how many people would join either! Help me!
