2.5 mile run on treadmill and light crunches. I have 2 hours of dancing tonight - I"m sore already just thinking about it!

Went to the gym. I ran four miles, did 50 pushups and a bunch of crunches. I also did a full body workout. It was a 2 hour workout but much needed especially after taking 5 days off. It felt great to workout.
