Okay team ....some of us are really struggling....I think the best way to combat any boulder in our path is to take it down one chip at a time...

So get your sledgehammers ready...each day post just one personal goal..ONE goal you will accomplish for the day...for the rest of the month and of course accomplish it so the next time you post you will have the accomplished goal and either the same or a different goal...keep on going..lets do this until the end of the month..if it is useful we can keep going...
