1200 two-handed Russian-style swings the month of December. I like the team swings goal, since after the holidays it encouraged me to do a few more sets to make the goal.

1655 for the year. 330 for the month. Not what I was aiming for. Hope that 2021 is better for everyone. This goes double for CMBOSWELL and MOMMY445 who kept me going until I messed up.

Hi,

I won't be swinging for awhile. Took a fall on concrete and really banked up knees, wrist and face. It hurts to hold the bell and not even going to tell you what I said when I tried a little swing. Don't worry, I will be back as soon as I can and with a passion. Swing on dudes.

1800 swings this month, doing less per session seems to be working well for me. I guess that's what they mean by 'grease the groove'.

Great job to CMBOSWELL AND MOMMY445. The competition is getting intense. Thanks for backing off a little last month so that I was competitive. I have upped my weight at the end of the month so my reps should be down for awhile.

Very impressive CMBOSWELL and MOMMY445. I was not very competitive this month. I had a non kettlebell related injury that kept interfering with my consistency. I hope to push you some this month.

2100 two handed swings this month. A record for me but I found myself not looking forward to all my swing days as much as I had in the past. I may have to back down a little to keep it fun, so I keep swinging. Feel good, though, liking the results too.

Not my best month. I was laid up for a few weeks.

565 two handed kettlebell swings for the month

4645 swings for the year.

I want to congratulate CMBOSWELL for a having a great month and continually motivating me to push myself. I am going to put some better numbers in July to challenge you.

Great Job CMBOSWELL. You really pushed me this month. Thanks for the motivation.
I got 1420 swings fro May. 4080 swings for the year.
I am going to up my weight on the Kettlebell for June, so my total may not be as high this month. Of course if we get in another competition, my total may go higher.

Had 1290 swings for the month. Made my goal.

2660 swings for the year. Surprising what a little competition can do.

CMBOSWELL thanks for pushing me. i am ready to go again in May.

I am setting a personal goal of 1400. Anyone want to join me.

For March, a total of 1300 two-handed Russian style swings.
That's just 13 times this month I took about 5 minutes to do four sets for total of 100 swings.
So little time needed to do this, but so much benefit!

Congratulations. You are doing much more than I am. We use to have goal of the minutes of videos worked. I took it down last week because no one was using it. If you would like it back up or another type of goal, let me know. again great job

After finish with Keith Weber kettle bell extreme 1 and 2 DVDs as a mix work out which I got from his web site and it a 6 weeks program of doing both 1 and 2 in one workout which turn out to be harder then I thought! it has you doing certain group from extreme 1 and mix in extreme 2 so you are doing both at same work out and he has it writing out on his site how to do it and really a killer too. now that I have finish the 6 weeks I am taking time off to recover and start his extreme 3 which use two bells and hope to God I don't die during it as it suppose to be harder then all of them. oh well. it like they say, Hard work don't kill ya , lazy will. so here hoping for the best.

Finally back to working out. 75 swings 48 goblet squats and several other exercises. Feels good to be back at it. Not so sure I will be feeling that good tomorrow.

You are doing much better than I am. I ended the month with 360.. I have been recording the swings and cleans in the Team Ballistic goal. The othe KB exercises I have been recording the minutes in Grind goal. Just a way to get more people active.

For kettlebell swings, I'm currently training about 3 times a week, and just 100 swings each time (about 5 minutes of exercise). So, for the month of January, I did 1400 swings. Even with such low numbers compared to some, I am seeing results. I like it

Getting a late start this week 75 two handed swings, 60 goblet squats both with 25 lbs 36 bicep curls with 25 lbs 36 shoulder presses, rows and lunges with twenty lbs. 24 body weight push ups.

Still feeling rough. Did get in 55 swings, 45 goblet squats, kneeling high curls, shoulder press, rows 20 each of the last three. Practiced unweighted Turkish Get Ups.

360 swings for the month and year. Not bad for only half a month.

I did a four exercise ladder circuit today. 1-10 shoulder press, row, goblet squat, 10-1 two handed swings. That is a rough workout. I am a little out of shape, but this really wiped me out. I am still waiting for more people to add their workouts.
