Just the thought of my fiance coming home and seeing me rolling in the floor makes me giggle. I'll try to make sure I finish practicing before he gets home!

Thanks - I'll have to try that. I'm 5'7" - so that makes a lot of sense. I can think of other moves where Cathe and her crew move quickly from the floor to standing and vice versa and they make it seem so easy - when to me, they aren't. I'll definitely give it another try and go much slower. I agree - proper form with less reps is much better than poor form and risking injury from doing it too quickly - or not doing it at all.

There was a recent thread on VF talking about that roll up move Cathe does in CCC and it seems like the taller you are the harder time you will have even trying to do it. All of the shorties...5'5 and under find it easier than those as tall as me (5'10) to do it, but I've found a way to do it. I use a lot of glute strength to roll up onto my foot so the stronger the backside and core the better you'll be able to get up on that leg. Just practice the move when you're not working out. Eventually you'll get it. I had to slow it down the first few times I did it with Cathe, but they go too fast. I say proper form over the number of reps is better than not doing the exercise at all.

Dustbunny: It is a great workout and it IS tough! I would love to hear tips on the "roll up things to standing", too. I thought feeling uncoordinated on that move was just me - I'm glad to hear it's not.

I just got this workout, and it is one of the toughest workouts I've done. I have the original IMAX and used to be able to get through it with only a few modifications(its been a while). Those roll up things to standing makes me feel so uncoordinated! Does anyone have any tips? I hope to get the hang of them. Something to strive for!

LOL @ I dread!

Luckily I love all of the MAX workouts so I'm good with CCC.

Yep, that's what we wanted LOL. All I have to say is Cathe rocks! This is an intense, fast paced workout. I was definitely huffing and puffing! I was able to finish all of the cardio but had to modify the modifications on the core LOL. I couldn't for the life of me do the roll back and stand up thing. Those are some strong women! I dread...I mean look forward to doing this workout again!

Ummm this was tough...even for me. I felt the dread come after the 3rd interval. I find this workout is harder than IMAX3 for sure. I don't like this workout because it's that good. I was able to complete it all and was able to because I was properly fueled. Thank God! Anyway, I felt like Cathe was making fun of me..."this was what you wanted, right?" LOL.

SANSU12 - I totally agree! It was a total killer for me. I couldn't physically do every move either. I was so glad when she gave us a few modifications on the hard parts. I sometimes even modified the modifications when we were on the floor then jumping up on our feet. I can't move that fast yet - I'm sure it's being out of shape, but I'm 5'7'' and my legs felt like I was a giraffe - quite wobbly and there was no way I was going from floor to standing quickly.

It definitely gives me something to strive for, too. I felt muscles quivering around my knees and the sides of my calves that I've never felt before - what a great KILLER workout! Cathe keeps motivating you to the end - I love it.

Alright! Now THIS is the Cathe i was expecting! KILLER! I couldn't physically do every move, which gives me something to strive for. The cardio blasts were easily understandable, and not too long. She gave you enough breaks and modifications, which i dont think she usually does enough. And i definitely had to take them! This reminds me of Jillian Michaels Boost your metabolism video which i do a lot. Great!
