Ok, so other than about 4 days this month, from 9/8 to today (9/22) I've gotten in at least 15 min (to 1.5 hrs) in every day. Hope everyone else is doing well!

09/01: Hiking 2+ hours
09/02: Elliptical 45 min
09/03: Walk 1 hour
09/04: Mtn Biking 2+ hours
09/05: Leisurely walk 15 min (rest day)
09/06: Bike ride 30 min
09/07: Elliptical 30 min

Now that I am back from vacay and staring at a monitor all day, can I keep it up? I hope so!

10 minutes hand weights

Sept. 2 - 45 minutes walking

Sept. 3 - 20 minutes walked at work

Sept. 4 - 35 minutes walking

Sept. 5 - 20 minutes walking
10 minutes kettlebell

Sept. 6 - 45 minutes walking

Sept. 7 - 20 minutes walking, long day at work

Sept. 8 - 30 minutes walking

Sept. 9 - 40 minutes walking

(hey, there, long beach sparkers! i'm sorry for skipping august - it got a little hectic for me and i didn't get around to setting a challenge up.

well, now that september is here this means fall is coming and school is starting for the little ones. i've always associated the fall with the new school year and new beginnings.

this month's challenge will be to get in at least 10 minutes of exercise each day. this includes strength training and walking.

the person who gets in the most days will be the winner and will get a copy of coach nicole's 'The Spark: Fit, Firm & Fired Up in 10 Minutes a Day '.
