WEEKEND CHALLENGE-- G-P-S: FRIDAY, FEB. 18 - MONDAY, FEB. 21

G - Good nutrition - stay in calorie range and track daily (not only stay in calorie range but eat QUALITY foods) (10 pts)
P - Personal fitness - 30 minutes of cardio each day. (10 pts)
S - SparkNashville involvement - post at least once a day in Town Square. (10 pts)

Max 30 points a day (120 pts max total).

YOUR TRACKING CHART might look something like this:
G - Good nutrition + track = F( __ ), S( __ ), SN( __ ), M( __ ) = __ pts
P - Personal fitness (30 min cardio) = F( __ ), S( __ ), SN( __ ), M( __ ) = __ pts
S - SparkNashville Post once a day = F( __ ), S( __ ), SN( __ ), M( __ ) = __ pts

BONUS CHALLENGE (for those physically able):
TONE & TIGHTEN THURSDAY -- climb 500 steps! This can be on a stairstepper, steps in your home or building...whatever! Make sure you only count your ups and not your downs! Come brag on your accomplishment in the Town Square thread!
