I did the new 2 Mile Super Walk with Boost Cables today. I am really happy with Leslie's new DVDs. I won't be watching the meal preparation DVDs, but really like the integration of Body Boost Cables.

i'm joining the challenge a little late but having been out sick with 2 back-to-back upper respiratory infections between xmas and february, i REALLY need to ease back in to my workouts. i'm gonna aim for 1-5 miles per week which i will supplement with some cardio pilates w/lite hands weights. hopefully the combined use of cardio, flexibility and strength training will help me return to my original level of fitness in no time. so here's to us! high 5!!! emoticon
