treadmill, bike and rowing machine

SPECIFIC: , Exercise every day, drink more water and Journal food intake. Keep busy.
MEASURABLE: journal water and food intake every day. Write down fitness minutes at the end of each day.
ACHIEVABLE; I will go to the gym 3 days so I can increase my fitness and strength. Two days a week I can walk or bike ride. I can slowly manage my food and water intake. Keep busy through the day so I can't emotional eat.
RELEVENT: To increase my fitness level and stay healthy.

I did 30 minutes of farm work...cleaning stalls, feeding horses, cleaning the barn, etc. I ran over 6 miles this afternoon and will run another 3.5 with my daughter later. I still need to take the dogs on their 30 minute walk. emoticon
