OKay, so this is a day late (if I'm even putting this in the right place), but yesterday I did 45 minutes of cardio by walking. I was also pushing a stroller so that helped put some resistance in the walk, making me use more muscles.

I unfortunately did not get any cardio in today, but I did go get my new recumbent exercise bike today!!! I cant wait for hubby to get it put together tomorrow night.

I did 45 minutes of cross country hiking. Didnt really want to at first but glad I did.

Good for you. I am so happy I made it to the gym. I did 10 mins Elliptical, 25 mins on the bike, and 5 mins on the stair climber for a total of 40 mins and 290 calories.

I did 17 minutes of walking, 10 minute of jumping and 45 minutes of cleaning!
