...better late than never! right now i'm on final exams mode for my graduate studies, and i'm trying to see working out as a way to reduce stress as it's still hard to get started.

12/15 - 45 min on inclined manual treadmill
12/16 - 45 min combination of ballet, pilates, yoga while watching the second half of The Biggest Loser (very motivating to see the transformations!)
12/17 - 20 min walk
12/18 - 0
12/19 - 35 min hike (uphill, cross-country)
12/20 - 90 min (at least) of Victorian dancing!
12/21 - 0
12/22 - 30 min pilates mat work
12/23 - 30 min pilates mat work + 30 min inclined treadmill
