Sound interesting.i would like to join in if possible because i need to lose 5-7 kg but it has become very difficult..i really need this...i am a very active person and work 2 hr per day but got no results

This sounds like a great way to stay motivated and I would love to join. I'm a 20 yr old female that's 5'4'' and looking to get under 130, currently 155. I'm fairly active usually workout around 5 times per week but I'm just not seeing the results.

Hey Sparks!

Beginning June 1st, I'm starting a Choose Your Challenge-Challenge Group. It's simple nutrition, huge variety in workouts, and good results if you commit to 30 days. Message me if you're interested, or comment below!

Here is some basic info/guidelines for the group:

1) Submit initial measurements and weigh-in. Complete weekly weigh ins and submit final weight and measurements after 30 days! You can choose to do this in the group, or privately if you wish.

2) Free access to nutrition and over 80 hours of workouts if you sign up with me as your coach-also securing a free spot in the Challenge Group.

3) If you want to amp up your results, message me about your fitness and nutrition goals!

4) Post at least once per week about your progress (successes, things that work, things that don't work), and ask for support as needed! The whole group will be there for you!
