Definitely daily walking! And the gym 3-5 days a week would help me prepare for being more fit.

Lose 7 lbs. by the end of May
Get back into exercising consistently, adding yoga to increase my flexibility
lose 30 lbs. by the end of Aug.
Sell/donate all the extra sizes of clothes laying around the house
