At this time, I will still be eating after 8pm since I don't get to start cooking until 9pm, but I won't be eating fast foods, chips, soda, cakes, candies.

Down 6 lbs since starting this on Sept 1st.

I can do this starting today 9/12/2010 no eating after 8 and no more sweets. I can do this! Good luck to everyone!

Hi y'all, My name is jessy. I've thought about a few challenges that might be fun and easy to do.


1- don't eat anything after 8pm.

this is pretty simple, expert have said that our metabolism slows down alot in the evening, preparing the body for rest. So anything one eats after 8pm, the body will most likely store away.


2- sweets be gone.

This is another relatively easy one to follow. The goal is to eliminate as much or all sweets for one month. It's a good idea to lower are intact of sugar. Natural sugars are accepted but in moderation, and should be consumed during the morning. This being the time of day your body is at its most active. there for burning off more calories.


These are two of the many challenges I have thought of, that would be easy for every one to follow. I will posts a tread for each one, so that you can posts in daily on how you are doing and if you need any help or motivation. They will begin this Monday ( sept. 13 )
