5 things huh?
ok here goes:
1.) My son rolled over this morning onto his back again
2.) got to sleep until 9:30
3.) starting to get over this cold
4.) have only smoked 1 cigarette in 3 days (mainly due to this cold but it counts i think)
5.) had a tasty healthy breakfast

2. I got to see a good friend
3. I had a picnic for lunch

1. My kids slept in
2. I did a hard tae bo workout
3. I cleaned out my pantry
4. I had a nice nap
5. The weather is finally getting decent here.

1. I did my strength training today.
2. I also took my vitamin today.
3. My kids played well with each other.
4. I am watching the Biggest Loser.
5. I checkbook is balanced!

1. I finished some cleaning I have been meaning to get to
2. I am feeling better and getting over my cold
3. I have taken my vitamins for 2 days in a row (that is an accomplishment for me)
4. I had a nice long walk at the mall with a friend
5. I sat in the hot tub and relaxed with my hubby.

1. Kids took a LONG nap today
2. stayed in my calorie range
3. starting to feel better ran on the treadmill for a bit!
4. I didn't have to drive into the city with the kids today they are staying here this week
5. Early bed night again! YAY sleep

1. I only threw up once today.
2. I got to sleep in today.
3. We had fruit and veggies with our hamburgers tonight
4. I cuddled my hubby this morning
5. I added more recipes to spark recipes!

Wow 5! Lets see
1. Still sick with a cold but I got to sleep in today YAY.
2. I made myself go into the basement and run on the treadmill for a bit, almost talked myself out of it cause I am sick but glad I did it.
3. Family had Mexican for dinner I passed on most of it made a salad and sprinkled mexican spiced ground turkey on top, much healthier
4. Got out of the house and went shopping and bought little bike pedals for myself to help me keep moving even when I am sitting
5. I got all my laundry done tonight so I can head to bed early!

1. I passed up leftover pizza for lunch.
2. My sick son has been sleeping for 3 hours, he needed it!
3. I lost an inch this month
4. I ordered some new exercise DVD's today
5. I don't have to cook tonight :)

Positive thinking is very important to weight loss! Everyday think of 5 good things that happened that day and post them here! Some day it may be difficult but I am sure you can find them!
