It's a struggle for me sometimes. I am a snacker. That's my issue. Some days aren't as bad as others Report
It's a constant battle...and I never let my weight get too high. I just try to be mindful. It is easy to go back to mindless snacking, which is what I tend to do. I've been holding steady while tracking since COVID hit...losing a few lbs., but I've decided to take 2 weeks and not eat as many carbs, but keep the protein as high as I can. I've lost 4 lbs. in less than a week. I should have done this sooner. I'll try to reach my goal weight and then maintain with tracking my food. Report
